Salt Lake December 2012

 We went to Salt Lake this past week with Steve and Angie. We just spent one night at the Shilo Inn. We got there around 2pm and went and had lunch and the olive garden. We then went and watched the Joseph Smith movie, When we got out it was dark and all the lights were on at Temple Square. It is such a beautiful sight and The spirit is all around that area. We had a good time.

Ely Nevada

Don and I took a little trip down to Caliente Nevada and then up to Ely, Eureka, Carlin we traveled on the Loneliest road in America. It was fun to see some other small towns in Rural Nevada.

 I love where we live, it is so beautiful. I feel so lucky to be here with my sweet husband.

 The lightning and thunder was so close and loud it got the dog curious. She was so funny standing up looking out the window like that.

Don packed the truck and we looked like hillbillies! I drove the car behind him and it was packed full.

 We had to sleep on air mattress and the dog thought she needed to as well. She is spoiled.

Gina and Mandy came and helped me clean out our old home, and I was so thankful to them for the wonderful help (don't kill me for putting this up! I love it)

My sweet husband!!

Today is our 3 year wedding anniversary. Don is at work for 12.5 hours today, I'm home waiting for the Direct TV guy to show up and hook up our TV's.  3 years ago I worked at the Jail in Boise, Don built Cabinets in Boise. 3 years later we live in Nevada, I don't have a job and Don has a great Mining job for Barrick. We have done 4 IUI without success. I think we have both gained some weight, but I think we have an amazing marriage. We get fed up with each other at times, but I can talk to Don about anything. We Trust each other, we love each other, we both feel the pain of not having children yet together. He is a wonderful husband. Let's be honest he puts up with me daily. We have a lot of fun together.

 The Circus came to Boise so we took the three kids, it was a lot of fun. I think Don and I liked it better than the kids.

 They gave Elephant rides for only 10 dollars...too bad we didn't get the chance.

I was walking down the hall at church yesterday and this sweet old lady kept looking at me, She finally leaned my way and said, "can I tell you something," I thought maybe my skirt was tucked into my pantyhose, or that I had something in my teeth, but I said sure,

then she said, "you have the prettiest smile." That made my day!! Thank you!!

Things I know

One thing I know is that school is hard, Chemistry is not easy and I don't care how much a mole is and how much is weighs.

Another thing I know is that the rent is due on the first of every month, although sometimes it gets sent out on the 2nd or 3rd.

Sometimes what you want in life is something your not going to get until Heavenly Father sends it to you, and I'm okay with that now.

I know the Temple is a place to get answers to long awaited questions. I know that Heavenly Father can heal the pain or torture that you are feeling.

I know that Jesus died for me and knows the pain that was going thru us as a couple.

I know that the Relief Society lesson yesterday was what I needed to hear and to come closer to the ladies in my ward.

I know that Don loves me!

I know that I love watching Little House on the Prairie.

I know that the dog wants to eat those ducks that are on the front lawn.

I know that we will have children someday and they will be the coolest people ever because we will be their parents. I know that I can wait for that to come, and I don't feel so desperate or left out anymore, and that makes me happy.

I know that we will be helping other children that need us right now, and I can do that!

I know that I will live for eternity with my family, and sometimes I get tired just thinking about that..ETERNITY! That's such a long, long time.

I know that I have to do the dishes for a month because I thought John Michael Montgomery sang "Fish'n in the dark", but really the Nitty Gritty dirt band does, and I get mad when I loose.

I know that I'm a very stubborn person and that my personality is a lot like my mothers, and I love that.

I know that I don't look like my dad, even tho he said I did. I know that I look like a Weber tho.

I know that I feel happy today and that I had such a great experience at the Temple because my Heavenly Father loves me.
